Optional
Buy a block of time up front and draw it down as needed. Unused time carries forward.
A quote is only useful if it says what you’re getting. Each one lists what’s included, what you’ll supply, and what would count as a change.
Through the contact form, in your own words.
A free introductory video call to get the scope clear, including what’s not included.
What’s included, what you’ll provide, and the fixed price.
No surprises: changes to scope are agreed before they happen.
Hop2IT is a personal service. You deal with the person doing the work, and availability is agreed with you.
Yes. Your first consultation is by video call, at no charge. We talk through what you need, and you leave with a clear next step, whether or not we work together.
Not for consultations or project meetings. Onsite support visits may include a travel charge depending on where you are and your support arrangement, and you’ll always know before the visit. For planned projects, travel is built into the fixed quote.
Support and small changes are hourly, because it’s hard to price a mystery in advance. Work with a clear outcome, like a new website, an email migration, an automation or a HubSpot build, gets a fixed quote.
Because a three-page site and a site with bookings and integrations are different jobs. A package price would either overcharge the simple project or hide extras in the complicated one. A short conversation gets you a real number.
You buy a block of time in advance and it’s drawn down as work is done. Unused time carries forward instead of expiring. The details of a block are agreed when you buy it.
No per-user monthly plans or service-level contracts. Hop2IT is a personal service. Prepaid time is the closest thing, if you like having time ready to go.
Yes. You’ll know whether the work is hourly or fixed-price before anything starts. For fixed quotes, the price is in writing.
