Who This Covers

This notice explains how Hop2IT, a technology service based in Barrie, Ontario, handles personal information collected through this website. Hop2IT aims to handle personal information in line with Canada’sPersonal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What the Inquiry Form Collects

When you send an inquiry, the form collects:

• your name and email address
• your business name, if you choose to give it
• the type of help you need
• the description you write

Please don’t include passwords, account codes or other sensitive information in the form. If access is needed for support work, it’s arranged safely during a session.

How It’s Used

Your information is used to reply to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the work you asked for. It isn’t added to a mailing list, sold, or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Where It Goes

Form submissions are delivered through a third-party form service, which passes them to Hop2IT by email. That service stores submissions on its own systems, which may be located outside Canada.

How Long It’s Kept

Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records. You can ask for your inquiry to be deleted at any time.

Analytics and Cookies

This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Fonts are served from this website rather than a third party.

Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Your Choices

You can ask what information Hop2IT holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@hop2it.tech.

If the way this website handles information changes, this page will be updated and the date above will change.
